The Opportunity
Joining our Executive Search team, the Team Coordinator will play a central role in the smooth running and delivery of our recruitment services in the team. Key responsibilities will include;
- Providing day to day administrative support to our Executive Team.
- Ensuring all systems are up to date, with activity accurately captured.
- Engaging with both internal team members and clients to ensure positive service delivery.
- Helping to optimise work practices with a focus on continuous improvement.

About You
With previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, you will have a strong desire to deliver excellent outcomes. In addition, you will have;
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in a team.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- An ability to take initiative and support in optimising work practices.
- Strong alignment to working in a for-purpose role, supporting the delivery of services to some of the most vulnerable individuals across Australia.
