Our Professional Appointments team have a core focus on leadership, operational and clinical management positions, as well as corporate shared service positions.

The Opportunity
Due to increased growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Professional Appointments team. With the success of our Executive Search team, you would experience unprecedented access and warm relationships to Executives across for-purpose organisations in Australia. Your key focus will be on sub-executive management appointments within the care economy. This would be a 360 role, but with consistent downstream work coming from our Executive practice and warm relationships.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing existing client relationships Excellent written and professional communication
- A passion for the Human Services sector and for purpose organisations
- Prior recruitment experience within an agency setting.
- Experience recruiting within Aged Care, Disability, Education, Government or similar sectors (highly desirable).
