About the Role:
Joining our outsourced recruitment Solutions practice, the Solutions Coordinator plays a central role in the smooth running and delivery of our clients’ recruitment services.
It’s a varied role, ranging from working with the Managing Partner on marketing and business development efforts through to working with Client stakeholders and our recruitment delivery teams to ensure operational compliance and sharing of best practice.
We offer the chance to be the “go-to” person, to be across all aspects of our recruitment outsourcing Solutions division, ensuring effective use of systems and acting as initial escalation point for any questions, ensuring our processes, our platforms and our culture keep pace with our growth!
Key responsibilities will include;
- Preparation of reports, interpreting data and project governance.
- Ensuring all systems are up to date, with recruitment activity accurately captured by the team.
- Engaging with both internal team members and client stakeholders to ensure service delivery.
- Helping to optimise work practices with a focus on continuous improvement and best practice across our client portfolio.

What You’ll Bring:
With previous experience in an administrative or coordination role and a strong interest in talent management, you will have a strong customer centric approach and desire to deliver excellent outcomes, with:

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in a team.
