The Opportunity
Reporting to the Therapy Regional Manager, and leading a dedicated team of clinicians, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving high-quality service delivery and operational excellence. The Manager, Therapy Services will;
- Deliver a financially sustainable therapy service;
- Lead the Therapy team in managing client service requirements in line with agreements;
- Oversee financial management, including budget development and P&L responsibility, ensuring targets are met;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community networks, funding bodies, and government agencies to support business growth;
- Evaluate market trends and look at business growth opportunities in conjunction with the broader team;
- Identify and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and professional development.
