The Opportunity
 
Reporting to the Executive Manager P & C, as the Manager HR you will:
 

• Play a critical role driving business outcomes through people initiatives;
• Provide expert HR advice and guidance, build people capacity, manage change and support the leadership team;
• Be the trusted HR advisor for leaders and people managers;
• Support the positive employee experience through specific workforce and talent acquisition projects; and
• Provide leadership coaching and mentoring to three direct reports.

• Strong proactive generalist P & C practitioner with a coaching and mentoring approach;
• At least 8-10 years HR generalist experience including team leadership, business partnering, talent attraction and retention;
• Superior expertise in ER/ IR complemented with excellent negotiation skills;
• Proven experience providing contemporary HR advice and guidance to all leaders supporting the delivery of strategic and business objectives;
• A penchant for developing and implementing strategic People and Culture strategies and championing them across a complex operating environment;
• HR operations experience together with knowledge of remuneration and an innovative approach to employee wellbeing and benefits;
• Superior relationship and stakeholder management skills;
• HR project and change management capability with a focus on continuous improvement; and
• A strong and conscientious work ethic.
