Patrick Saxon

I joined Orchard as the organisation aligns with my own values of wanting to make a difference in people’s lives and helping disadvantaged and vulnerable people in the Human Services sector.

 

Patrick is a Senior Candidate Care Consultant at Orchard in the Advisory Services & Solutions team. He provides day-to-day support in delivering recruitment activities and assisting candidates through the recruitment process.

 

Patrick holds a Master of Human Services and has had two years’ experience working as a Case Manager in the worker’s insurance and aged care sector. With personal experiencing working on the frontline as a NDIS Mental Health/Disability Support Worker, Patrick is well placed to identify and engage talented care workers.
