Georgie is a Researcher within Orchard's Executive and Board Practice. Having previously worked in both the public sector and the Big 4 Consulting Firms across strategy & transformation, Georgie has a history of building strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver outcomes that improve business results and customer experience.

 

With experience supporting several major programs focused on operational, strategy and cultural transformation, digital growth and organisational design, Georgie understands the challenges facing many organisations as they adapt to rapid change. Georgie is an analytical thinker, consistently striving to understand the people and systems around her in order to create more positive outcomes for all.
