Ella is a Researcher within Orchard’s Executive Search practice, working with clients to best identify and engage with candidates across the residential, retirement and home care sectors.
Previously, Ella served as a Captain in the British Army, commanding teams of communications specialists to provide operational outcomes. Ella has developed an ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and is driven to achieving the goals of our clients.
