Desiree Riechert

I joined Orchard to parlay my interest in people and the human services sector, to assist in identifying and engaging talent in the most in need communities. 

Desiree is a Researcher within our Executive Search practice. In this role she partners closely with our Director and Recruitment Manager to identify, engage and assess high-performing talent.

Recently graduating from the University of Sydney, Desiree has previously worked in business development and public relations. She has a history of building strong relationships with clients, and her solutions-driven mindset sees her well placed to align talent to client expectations.
