Arusa is a Data Analyst and Team Coordinator at Orchard within our Project & Volume Recruitment practice. Her role goes beyond internal numbers, charts of the company, and looks further into analysing the aged care market here in Australia. As a Team Coordinator Arusa plays a central role in the smooth running of the delivery of Orchard’s clients' recruitment solutions.

Growing up in Bangladesh, Arusa realizes the importance of having an organised care system available for individuals in need which acts as the number one motivation towards her role. Before joining Orchard Talent, Arusa worked in the development sector in Bangladesh supporting marginalised individuals in need for support. She holds a Master in Economics from the University of Sydney.
