With more than a decade of professional experience, Mikaela brings an unmatched foundation to Orchard’s Advisory Services & Solutions team. Before joining, she worked with disadvantaged clients to facilitate training and workshops to increase participation in the workforce. She is committed to driving positive outcomes for candidates and our clients in her role.
