Michaela Rock is the Operations Manager within our Advisory Services & Solutions team. In her role she partners closely with our clients to facilitate the smooth implementation of new solutions within their organisations. With a keen eye for detail and process improvement, Michaela ensures the timely delivery of solutions within our client cohort and supports the continuous review process to always deliver best practice.
With a background in marketing, Michaela is particularly drawn to understanding consumer behaviour and journey mapping. These are skills and interests she has continued to leverage in her current role to better understand the candidate journey. Michaela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Marketing from the University of Sydney.
