Jess is Orchard’s Associate Partner of Government & Executive. Within the practice, Jess oversees a diverse range of executive search appointments at executive leadership level. As a key leader within the Orchard Talent business, Jess’ contribution to Government provides our clients with a key commercial, operational, and strategic lens to the talent ecosystem.
Joining Orchard in 2020, Jess initially led the establishment of Orchard’s Child, Youth & Family practice. Under her leadership, the service grew from a start-up offering to a position of national leadership. Having led several senior executive, leadership and project recruitment campaigns across the Human Services sector, Jess’ connectivity and understanding of our clients’ requirements and how to integrate these into our search processes set her apart in the executive search sector.
