Georgie Porter

I joined Orchard to be part of something bigger. Ensuring the communities of Australia who require support, not only have access to it, but are provided with material enablement choice, is what drives me. To contribute to such critical change and partake in a small part of the equation for the truly impactful work out clients deliver is why I get out of bed. For organisations willing to champion change and assist with the betterment of outcomes for those requiring care, I am committed to helping them in any way possible facilitate that change.

Georgie is our Group Director of Corporate Services. Overseeing the shared service appointments spanning Aged Care, Disability, Social Services & Mental Health, Georgie leads a team of functional industry and recruitment experts spanning the entirety of the Shared Services function. This includes, but is not limited to; HR, Finance, Technology, Transformation, Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and Property. The Corporate Services practice at Orchard appoints over 200 roles a year, predominantly across senior leadership, management and professional appointments. 

Separately, Georgie is also responsible for the delivery on over 60 executive mandates each year across the full C-Suite of our clients Shared Services functions. 

Commencing her executive search career almost a decade ago, Georgie has gained extensive experience across Fortune 500 companies in Japan, Europe and Australia. As one of the most influential young leaders across Human Services, and as the national leader of talent spanning Human Services, Georgie remains a staunch advocate for diversity, inclusion and access for all to better life outcomes.
