The Orchard Talent Group is proud to be partnering with Austrade in the search for the next generation of Austrade leaders. Orchard Talent will be coordinating and overseeing the graduate intake for Austrade’s 2023 cohort.

About the Program

The National Graduate Program is a 12-month rotational program for graduates across three 17-week placements in the Trade, Investment, Visitor Economy, Client Programs and Communications & Marketing teams. This program is an opportunity for you to develop your skills through a structured rotation across the organisation, allowing you exchange ideas, undertake projects and uncover your passion within specific teams.

You will have access to a fantastic mentoring program, gain international exposure and have access to exciting career opportunities both in Australia and overseas. All you’ll need to be eligible is an Australian citizenship, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and an interest in making a difference to Australia’s economy.
